Instructed by the Standard Club as Company Representative on the wreck removal of the THORCO CLOUD which sank in 70 meters of water following a collision in the Singapore Straits. Mr. Reed headed the Club’s Casualty Management Team and worked closely with London Offshore Consultants, CL Risk Solutions, Hill Dickinson and Spica Services. (March 2016 – October 2019)
