David Evans

David Evans has been employed continuously since 1981 in marine salvage, wreck removal, underwater and topside construction, platform installation and removal, pipe lay and underwater pipeline repair.

In 1994 David joined Titan Salvage as a Diver/Salvor and held positions of Salvage Forman, Salvage Officer, and Salvage Master. In 2001, he transferred to Asia to manage the Titan equipment depot at Batam and has lived in the Far East ever since.

Between 2001 and 2007, David led Titan’s emergency response depot in the Far East, working with naval architects to plan and tender for wreck removal contracts and running numerous projects as Salvage Master.

In 2007 David returned to the oil and gas sphere spending the next 10 years diving in the Middle East doing underwater cutting, welding, pipeline repair and inspections.

David holds a host of technical qualifications including pipefitter welder, arc welder and air and mix gas diver. David has experience serving as the client representative during the topside construction of a hazardous waste management and processing facility.

Since 2018, he has been with Reed Maritime undertaking assignments on behalf of ship owners and their P&I Clubs in the Middle East.
