One of several Salvage Masters engaged on the COSTA CONCORDIA wreck removal project. As senior member of Titan’s bid team, Mr. Reed presented the technical plan to owners in London and worked with the engineering and project management teams to get the project organized and started. Mr. Reed was ultimately responsible for the ballast control system and stability/residual strength calculations for the refloat, tow and redelivery to Genoa. (Jan 2012 – Aug 2014)
