Instructed by Resolve Marine Group as Naval Architect/Salvage Engineer on the refloating and delivery dockside of the M/V DALI which collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland USA. Primary tasks were to estimate the weight of the bridge sections impacting the vessel and determine the amount of debris to remove for a successful refloating. Mr. Reed worked directly for the Contractor and within the Incident Command System which included the US Coast Guard, Army Corps of Engineers and the US Navy Supervisor of Salvage. (April-May 2024)
