Instructed by WK Webster as Salvage Consultants on behalf of Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co Ltd on the refloating of the M/V NEMRUT BAY which grounded 10 NM off the coast of Vietnam. 3800 mt of steel coils were lightered and the vessel safely refloated. Reed Maritime provided an onsite Salvage Consultant and remote naval architecture support in assisting local contractors to refloat the vessel. (June 2023)
