Instructed by Wikborg Rein LLP on behalf of Gard P&I / Maersk and Penningtons Manches Cooper on behalf of NorthStandard P&I / Hapag Lloyd as Marine Consultant to provide expert advice on the waste management options for the burned containers, cargo and fi-fi water remaining onboard the MV NORTHERN JUVENILE after the fire was extinguished. This included a review of the contractor’s waste management plans and observing the waste management activities in the Bahamas. (September 2024 – January 2025)
