Owner’s Interest including Underwriters & P&I Clubs
Reed Maritime can provide Owner’s Interests with an experienced Company Representative or Special Casualty Representative (SCR) as required. We can provide emergency response services, manage local stakeholders, prepare an Invitation to Tender (ITT), assist with Contractor selection, participate in contract negotiations and provide oversight during contract execution.
Reed Maritime can provide experienced facilitators for quantitative risk analysis (QRA) of Contractor’s proposals and subsequent risk-based contracting and project management using the xpoSure© software.
Salvage & Wreck Removal Contractors
Reed Maritime can provide Contractors with experienced Salvage Masters, Project Managers, and Naval Architects to complement the Contractor’s team. We can help source divers, welders, equipment operators, drones, underwater surveys and other specialist personnel and equipment. Our resources can be customized for size and skill sets to meet the Contractor’s specific needs and project size. We can assist with emergency response, bid preparation, contracting, project management and project execution.
Solicitors / Lawyers
Reed Maritime is available to assist as a Salvage Consultant during contract negotiations and as an Expert Witness during contract disputes.
Government Agencies
Reed Maritime is available to advise government agencies before, during and after major salvage and wreck removal events under their jurisdiction.
Training
Reed Maritime is available to provide bespoke training on the various aspects of salvage and wreck removal, both technical and commercial, to all our clients.
